We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available for UVA Interview services.
Eligibility
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not started any consular trained simulation session.
- Once a session has been started, that session is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
- For Unlimited (30-day) plans, refunds are available within 7 days only if no session has been started.
How to request a refund
Email billing@uvainterview.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in cases of suspected abuse, chargeback fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
